Shipping policy

Processing time: 14-21 Business days (Subject to order volume, current statuses are always displayed in shop banners)

Shipping: Orders are processed and shipped in the order received.

Once your order is ready you will receive a tracking number to the email address you register at checkout.

All orders are shipped tracked with Chit Chats.

Here are the current estimated arrival times:
Canada: 4-7 business days*
USA: 8-24 business days*
International: 10-30 business days*
*delays may still extend beyond the estimated delivery timeframe.

This is just a general timeframe. Shipping delivery timeframes cannot be guaranteed as I have no control over postal services. Delays can happen for many reasons. While I make every effort to help packages along when they are stuck in transit, I can only do so much.

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes & tariffs from their country that may apply at the time of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for providing the correct mailing address when they place their orders. In the event a package is returned to LD Nails, you are responsible for paying the re-shipping fee. Packages will not be resent until the fee has been paid in full.

If your order is lost in transit - or - If your order is damaged in transit, please contact me immediately with clear photos of the damage. I will investigate directly with the postal system(s) and begin a claim on your package. In this event, once it is confirmed to be lost or damaged, LD Nails will replace your order pending a claims confirmation.
