Refund / Return Policies
Press on Nails, Earrings/Tunnels/Weights, and Cuticle oils are custom made to order and/or personal products and are final sale. No returns, exchanges or refunds can be made for these products.
LD Nails has a 14-day return policy for unused decals and stationary, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Refunds will be for the original price paid, less the original shipping cost.
To be eligible for a return, decals must be returned in the original condition and packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to LD Nails without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancelations
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours and will be refunded, less a 10% administration fee. This fee covers the non-refundable cost of transaction and processing fees to LD Nails.
After 24 hours, the order will be processed and shipped.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom made to order products (such as nail orders, personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges & Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund or exchange was approved or not. If approved for an exchange, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number for your new item. If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Forced Returns
A forced return is any package that has been returned to LD Nails without written consent from LD Nails.
Packages returned for any reason, including
- Incorrect shipping address
- Package refusal
- Refusal to pay import fees, taxes & tariffs
- Unanswered delivery attempts
- or any other reason
are subject to reshipping fees once they return to LD Nails.
- Your order will not be refunded as the work has been completed as ordered and shipped, fulfilling LD Nails due diligence.
- In such cases where LD Nails has been charged a return fee, this fee will be added to your reshipment fee.
- Returned orders will not be reshipped until / unless the required fees have been paid in full.
