All jewelry sold by LD Nails // The Pretty Freaks is designed and handmade by me. Charms are purchased from jewelry supply shops, I am a nail artist not a metal smith :P I cut and bend my own wires, chains and components. Since I am not a machine there may be very slight variances in lengths.
Jewelry Returns & Refunds:
Due to the personal nature of earrings and in the interest of hygiene, all sales are final!
It is the customers responsibility to ensure measurements on earrings are suitable for your needs. I am always available to answer questions if you have them!
Processing Time:
You will receive an order confirmation soon after checkout.
Processing time for jewelry orders is approximately 2-3 business days (that's not including weekends), if ordered alone! If added on to a custom nail order, nail processing time applies, and your entire order will be shipped together.
Shipping:
LD Nails is not responsible for lost or damaged packages, but if your order is damaged in transit, please contact me immediately with clear photos of the damage and I will work something out with you. If your order is lost in shipping, I will investigate directly with the postal system(s) and begin a claim on your package. In this event, once it is confirmed to be lost, I will replace your order pending an insurance claim on the package.
Once your order is ready you will receive a shipping notification email to the email address you register at checkout. If you chose a shipping method with tracking, your tracking number will be included in this email.

Canada: 4-7 business days*
USA: 8-24 business days*
International: 10-30 business days*
*delays may still extend beyond the estimated delivery timeframe.
Holidays, weather, customs and postal system conditions can all cause delays in delivery.
International customers are responsible for any duty and taxes from their country that may incur at the time of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for providing the correct mailing address when they place their orders. In the event a package is returned to us, you are responsible for paying the re-shipping fee.
